Who are the Rubin In-Kind Program Coordinators?

The Rubin In-kind Program Coordinators (IPC) coordinates in-kind contributions to Rubin and the LSST Science community. The IPCs each have responsibilities over individual contributions (as “Contribution IPCs”) as well as for overall programs (i.e. the set of contributions from a country, institute, or consortium, as “Program IPC”).
